With more than five years of experience in customer service—including roles with major companies like Comcast, Bell Canada, and Verizon—Jay excels at making clients feel heard and supported. He also brings experience from the healthcare sector, where he honed his skills in communication and patience while assisting clients with sensitive needs.
In his role as Receptionist and Billing Coordinator, Jay ensures every call is directed to the right person and every question receives prompt attention. He also manages the firm’s invoicing process and serves as the go-to contact for clients with billing questions.
Known for his strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers, Jay combines accuracy with a personable approach to make the financial side of legal services as stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Jay enjoys riding his motorcycle to faraway destinations and playing videogames.
